Mark Davies is a site 2 licensed building practitioner with a national certificate in carpentry and a thorough understanding of building and project management. Mark has always lived in the Whangaparaoa area and likes nothing better than seeing his clients satisfied, happy and enjoying the lifestyle the Hibiscus Coast and Whangaparaoa peninsula has on offer. He loves the area. Mark is thrilled he and his wife can bring up their three children in such a beautiful part of the world and are able to take advantage of the beaches, parks and water sports that surround them.

As a progressive North Auckland building company, Build NZ believes in looking after the next generation of builders. They take their responsibility to the building industry seriously and fully support and encourage building apprenticeship training programmes. They recognise that good apprentices add value not just to their own construction business but are integral to the future of the building industry.
