Working with our contract architects – or a designer of your choice – we produce a detailed site plan, floor plan, and elevations. You receive a ballpark cost from our quantity surveyor before moving forward.

BUILDING-CONSENT DRAWINGS
Once concept and pricing are approved, we develop full construction documents, lodge the building-consent application and respond to council queries.

INTERIOR DETAIL & SPECIFICATION
With input from a designer or your own specialist, you choose kitchen layout, plumbing fittings, electrical plan, flooring, colours and finishes, ensuring a cohesive aesthetic.
