HOW LONG DOES THE ENTIRE DESIGN–BUILD PROCESS TAKE?

For a standard architectural home, allow 4–6 months for design, documentation, and consenting, followed by 6–9 months of construction—weather, complexity, and council workflow dependent.

CAN I USE MY OWN ARCHITECT?

Absolutely. We’re happy to collaborate with external designers and can integrate their drawings into our build programme while still offering cost-saving buildability feedback.

WHAT ARE THE FIRST STEPS IF I HAVEN’T BOUGHT LAND YET?

Talk to us early. We can assess potential sites for orientation, soil class, and service connection costs before you commit—helping you purchase land that aligns with your budget and design aspirations.

CAN BUILD NZ HANDLE MULTI-UNIT OR TOWNHOUSE DEVELOPMENTS?
