OUR 7 STEP BUILDING PROCESS

Initial design and process meeting
We visit your site to discuss your ideas, budget, and key requirements. This helps us understand your vision and develop a concept that aligns with your goals.

Concept and design
We work with your chosen designer to create a concept design and initial cost estimate. This step ensures we capture all the important details before preparing detailed working drawings.

Acceptance of estimate & plan preparation
Once you approve the estimate, we finalise the design and working drawings. We also document your choices for finishes and fixtures.

Contract documents & council approval
We prepare a fixed price contract for your approval. Once signed, we manage the building consent applications, including any required resource consents.

Colour selection & finishes
While waiting for consent, you’ll select colours, materials, and finishes for your new home. We can provide guidance to help you make confident choices that reflect your style and needs.

Construction & project management
Once consent is granted, we set a start date and share a project timeline with milestones. You’ll receive regular progress updates and attend site meetings with your Project Manager.
07
Completion
We conduct a final quality inspection and walk you through the completed home. Once you’re happy, we hand over the keys along with warranties and information about the maintenance period.
